This company is fantastic and Lan Anh, our consultant, couldn’t have been more helpful. Lan Anh organised cycling tours in Bagan, day trips in Mandalay and Yangon. Booking from the U.K. was tricky and this experience made things very relaxing.

We used the services of the agency for numerous day tours in Yangon, Inle, Mandalay and Bagan in addition to flights and other transportation and cruise bookings over three weeks. Ms Kay Khine Win, our primary contact was beyond perfection ! Responsive 24/7 within minutes , extremely helpful, efficient and kind, much beyond the call of duty! All the organised services were excellent with competent and most friendly staff. Our journey, exploration and vacation was a delight and we can only highly recommend and hope to use Myanmar Private Tour again also in other countries they cover!

Our local guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and chose good places to see and eat. We were picked up and dropped off at airports and hotels each time. Everything was arranged for us, including domestic flights and all entry fees or charges, which made everything very simple for us. They even supplied water and cleansing materials during trips to various places. They were flexible and adapted to a difficult schedule due to flights arriving late etc. Hotel in Bagan was fantastic, hotel in Yangon was about the best you could expect for a 3-star in Yangon. I would recommend this company to anyone coming to Myanmar for the first time.

We arranged a tour for 6.. we arrived in Yangon and a day tour there and then flew to Bagan for a night in a hotel and a tour of Bagan.. went back to Yangon and had a tour of Dalila. All arrangements were made with ease. Hang coordinated out tours and did not disappoint with the best guides who looked after us from the moment we arrived making sure we made our flights, meeting us at each destinations. Both guides spoke English very well and were eagar to make sure that all questions were answered.. they were warm and welcoming .. their itinerary for each highlight and explanations were terrific. The hotel had the best, most inviting pool after a very hot day. The staff at the hotel were accomodating making sure everything was to our liking. We would highly recommend the service provided by this company

We recently returned from a 30 day trip thru Vietnam, Cambodia and Myanmar with 3 other couples. This was a private trip planned with Myanmar Private Tour and was customized to our specific travel requirements including high level hotels/resorts, internal flights, cities, sights and local guides. Mr. Aung provided an excellent itinerary, communication and service before and during the trip. He ensured that everything was taken care of, from being met at the airport, transportation, local tour guides, hotels, plane tickets, and entries to major sites. We did not have any problem or issue during this entire 30 day trip. We had been to Vietnam almost 10 years ago and things have definitely gotten more modern but also more crowded. Siem Reap and Bagan in Cambodia was wonderful and awe inspiring with the many temples and pagodas, and the hot air balloons over Bagan. However, Myanmar was the big surprise being both modern yet unspoiled. Myanmar is truly a visual and spiritual country that needs to been seen. We highly recommend anyone traveling to this part of the world using Myanmar Private Tour, especially with Mr. Aung. We would use them again and wish we could use their services in other parts of the world. That is how much we like their services.

Mr Hyatt Aung put together an amazing 4 week itinerary for our group of eight people. He was extremely well organized, and was able to accommodate our changes to the number of people going as well as to the itinerary. Hyatt also made very good suggestions as to what should be experienced in these destinations. The hotels and guides that were picked were for the most part excellent. Worked with Hang from Myanmar Private Tour to work out trip to Bagan from Mandalay. It was short trip but Myanmar is still developing country for tourists so it was really great to have Hang work with me to tailor the trip to my tight schedule and still cover everything. We travelled on the Strand Cruise up the Irrawaddy river. It was a wonderful experience. We were able to see the temples of Began , communities along the route and gather an understanding of the people of Myanmar. It was most enjoyable. The cruise was splendid with all of our needs met with a smile. We ;highly recommend this cruise and this travel agent. Ms Hang was most helpful and again, highly recommended.

We sailed from Mandalay to Shwe Paw Kyun and then back to Mandalay. Booked this cruise and the entire Myanmar holiday through Hang at Luxury Myanmar River Cruises. Faultless. Thank you. The cruise was the highlight of the entire holiday. We were looked after like kings and queens. One evening I went to my cabin to find a bubble bath had been run for me with rose petals floating in it. What can I say? French champagne featured heavily on our shore excursions!! The whole experience, amazing staff, wonderful food just blew our minds. A special thanks to Bosco who was so caring and helpful. I can’t recommend this highly enough. We will go back again.

An amazing company that went above and beyond to make our day in Yangon wonderful! An I was only in town one day I called Myanmar Private Tour to set up a very last minute tour that day. I worked with Mr. Hyatt Aung who went out of his way to find us a English speaking tour guild and very nice driver to take us on a full day tour of the beautiful city of Yangon. Our guide Zaw and our driver were excellent! They picked up my co-worker and I at our hotel, and we hit the town. It was a driving and walking tour along with a tea stop and a full lunch, at a very nice restaurant, with great food. After our tour they brought us back to our hotel waited for us to clean up and check out then brought us to the Airport. I have never been more impressed with a tour company or their employees, they went above and beyond to make our day very special.

Excellent trip with good driver & guide and hotels. My wife and I joined the" Myanmar Private Tour" co for private Golden Rock tour from 15-17 June 2018, from airport to airport service. Very reasonable price with good hotels in Mountain Top Hotel in super delux room (Golden Rock) and Strand Hotel (Yagon) in the suite. In fact I paid for normal room rates. The van is clean, the driver is careful, steady and caring. The guide is friendly and attentive, but her English is to be improved. They bought us to the restaurant at our cost is good too. Clean and cheap food. The co ord before the trip is clear and prompt replies, whatever promised is more than fulfilled.

We were on a Silversea cruise with a three night stop-over in Yangon. I had a special reason to visit as my Mother's brother was killed in a flying accident serving in the RAF (Burma) in July 1946 at the age of 21. He was buried in the Rangoon Military Cemetery with the other 21 young men killed in that crash. I booked this company with a driver and guide to collect us at the port and then drive 2+ hours to the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery. The booking was negotiated smoothly and without a hitch and with much compassion for my mission. Our guide and the driver were wonderful. We stopped to get Burmese currency along the way and to buy beautiful Burmese orchids for the grave. Slight technical hitch when we went to the wrong cemetery (there are 3) but quickly found our way back to the small and exquisitely tended correct place. Possibly the most emotional and at the same time reassuring visit. It was so peaceful and well cared for. Hard to keep back the tears even though he was killed some 6 years before I was born. We managed to see some other "off the radar" spots - pagodas, markets, and even a tea shop for cold drinks and lunch. The cost of the day was around £250 and worth every penny. My husband and I fell in love with Myanmar and with every single person we met. We can recommend 100% taking a tour with this company. Honest and trustworthy. Excellent careful driver. Courteous, gentle and knowledgeable guide. Absolutely the trip of a lifetime.

Our experience with Myanmar Private Tour has been fantastic from the day I inquired about booking. The organizers went so far above and beyond customizing an itinerary that fit our time needs, budget, and interests. They thought of many details that didn’t occur to me at first (like booking the room in our hotel the day before and after our tour so we wouldn’t have to change accomodati is after a long day of moto-touring). Our guide is so patient and kind! In the photo I submitted, he is showing my daughter how to make paste from a small log to protect her skin from the sun and provide a cooling, nutrient risk mask. I highly recommend their service!

There are so many tour companies to choose from that even after researching different companies and reading countless reviews I was still not sure which company to go with. Well, I can 100% say that I am glad I went with Myanmar Private Tour. From the start, Ms Hang organised a great itinerary & always responded quickly to my emails/good communication. I did the 9 day tour - Mandalay, Bagan, Inle Lake, Yangon- and each stop was seamless. The guides & drivers were all exceptional - knew a lot about their country, its people, and eager to share their knowledge. Pretty good English too. My favorite guide was Ms Phoo in Mandalay and my favorite city was Inle Lake (so cool with everything along the water and still maintains a remote feel). I thought the tour did a great job of showing the local culture and villages - a few times along the way we would just join a festival or go into a villagers home at random and talk to them about their life - it felt special. I never felt unsafe (I am a female travelling by myself) or rushed. Ms Hang is willing to adjust your itinerary accordingly - the days are long and full (in a good way) so keep that in mind. I did all 3 star hotels and they were good quality - always provided breakfast too! At first I thought the cost of the tour was a bit high for Myanmar, but post tour I think I paid a fair price. Don’t hesitate - go to Myanmar and book this tour!

I just returned from a Wonderful 10 day river cruise through Myanmar and a week in Vietnam . It was an absolutely wonderful trip and it was all made possible by the most talented travel agent Ms Hang Tran. Hang's experience and patience helped me step by step with booking the Irrawaddy Explorer for the fantastic cruise through Myanmar , obtaining all the necessary visa's and set up up for seamless travel between 4 different cities , fantastic hotels and interesting sites . In Vietnam, the trip to Ha Long Bay was also a terrific adventure and despite being on vacation for the New Year , Hang made sure my trip was always running smoothly. She even arranged (last minute) for my guide to arrive on a motor scooter to see the sites of Siagon ..as Siagon should be seen ! If you are lucky enough to have Ms Hang Tran working for you , i can assure you of a delightful ,interesting and smooth trip that you will remember for a life time tony gleason

I wanted a customized plan for me and my wife for our Myanmar tour. Ms. San from MPH were very accommodating and met all our requirements. It was a 10 day trip in Yangon, Bago, Bagan, Inle, Kakku and Mandalay. I have nothing to complain about and the 4 guides - Yae Lin (& Aung Kyaw), hLa Tun, San San and Phoo were the best guides you could find. They were like friends to us we enjoyed the visits to attractions, markets, etc., more because of them. Coming back to MPH, San was available online throughout the tour and made sure we have the facility to communicate anything from anywhere. I found MPH online and they exceed my expectations.

We have always wanted to visit Myanmar and in planning our trip reached out to several tour groups, including Myanmar Private Tour. From the onset, we were provided with quick and detailed responses to our questions and chose to work with this group in part because of their efficiency. We toured Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay and Inle Lake as well as a boat cruise on The Strand. The cruise was by far the most amazing part of the trip; the ship is beautiful, the staff is first rate and the food was impeccable. Most of all, they catered to each couple or group aboard to make the experience special. In all of the other locales, we were met by a guide and driver who were available to us throughout our stay. Ms. Hang Tran was our contact and in addition to helping plan and execute the visit, she seemed to be available immediately as she would respond quickly to emails, including when we had questions while in Myanmar. We also liked the idea of working directly with a local agency and it proved to be a perfect choice.

We were on a cruise stopping at in Yangon for 2 days. Our brief to this company was can you pick us up each morning and return us each evening to the cruise terminal which is an hour plus drive outside the city. Can we get an overview of life both inside and outside the city. Between us stating some things that we particularly wanted to see and them making some suggestions, we agreed an itinerary. We had confidence in this company because of the way they responded to our e-mails, and they had good reviews, fully justified in our opinion, on TripAdvisor. Our guide was Alice who was fairly new to being a guide, but answered any questions we had, and nothing was too much trouble. She could not get her head around the fact that we did not want to stop for lunch, but keep on seeing things. By the end of each day we were happily shattered and she was starving. This company did everything they could to make us happy and we would certainly recommend them.

I planned to travel to Myanmar quite long time ago and this time I decided to travel to Myanmar and Laos. For my Myanmar part, I have assistance from Myanmar Private Tour who took very good care to me. The guides (Ms.MyoThandarNwe in Yangon and Mr. Bo Ni in Bagan) were really amazing because we are quite demanding as Myanmar is my dream country so many years so before coming I researched alots on internet. They don’t make me disappointed as he gave me so much useful information about local life, culture which I can’t have it on internet. I’m really impressed with temples in Bangan and Inle Lake which make me desire to coming back. I wish I had longer time staying here. Ms. Hang who is the person who advised me about the schedule, services. She is really friendly, knowledgable because I changed my schedule alots because of my international flight schedule and my friends’ requirement. However, Hang always is willing to help us. For the next time coming back, I surely choose Myanmar Private Tour again. Thanks Myanmar Private Tour and the whole team for everything.

I have had a desire to visit and discover the beautiful destinations of Myanmar and I had a great trip to this wonderful land with the tour of Highlights of Myanmar in August 2016. My journey lasted 9 days to the best places there; all things were very impressive including the people, landscapes, foods and fantastic temples. Of course to have these things I have to give many thanks to Myanmar Private Tour who arranged my friends and me an interesting itinerary on each day. Guide and travel consultant were so caring and knowledgeable. There were many fantastic sites in my trip, but I quite interested in the golden temple, Shwedagon pagoda, Burmese food and the peaceful landscapes in Inle, where brought me lots of relaxing moments. My trip was really good! Certainly I will come back to this magical land and chose Myanmar Private Tour to company with me.

We have had a fantastic trip for 12 days in Myanmar arranged by Myanmar Private Tour last June 2016. My travel consultant, Ms. San was friendly and helpful to deal with all of our need. Thanks much for all your kindness, San. We visited Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay, Kalaw, Pindaya and Inle with total 4 local guides for all places. The most perfect and widest knowledge guide was the one in Inle. She made our trip become memorial with special thing about all places we visit in Inle (lotus weaving, hand cigar making, black smith, the way Intha man fishing with one-leg, how people make floating garden, etc). But the part I like most is Kalaw with breaktaking and fresh air. Lovely flowers are everywhere you come in Kalaw. It is a really great ideal place for relax. June is the begining of monsoon season, but we were lucky because of weather was pretty good during all of our stay, except Yangon. Rainy Yangon, but it was fine as the guide in Yangon was funny. The trip was worth more than what we expected.
