Day 1

Arrive in Yangon

Meals: N/A

Activities: On Yangon arrival, you are welcomed, check in at the hotel in Yangon, visit Chauk Htat Gyi, and Shwedagon Pagodas, and watch the sunset.

Arrive in Yangon, welcome on arrival, and transfer to the hotel for check-in. The room is at your disposal from 14.00 onwards. Then we will pay a visit to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda for contemplating its image from Buddhist mythology and the Shwedagon Pagoda, the most spectacular religious architecture in the world.

The most fascinating moment of the day is enjoying the brightly wonderful red sunset from the Pagoda.

Transfer back to the hotel. Relax in your leisure time.

Day 2

Yangon - Bagan (B)

Meals: Breakfast

Activities: Fly to Bagan, visit Nyaung U morning Market, Shwezigon Pagoda, Annada Temple, an ancient monastery, Thatbinnyu Temple, traditional handicraft village, the Sulamani temple and Damayangyi Temple, Pyitthagyi Temple, enjoy horse cart.

We depart early to take a flight to Bagan. Nyang U Market is the first destination to enjoy the bustling life of a salesman in the market. Here you also will be attracted by diverse vegetables and fruits as well as the unique images of locals with the basket on their heads.

Then we will pay a visit to Shwezigon Pagoda, the holiest pagoda in Bagan, known as a center of prayer and commenced by King Anawrahta during the 11th century.

Continue the trip by exploring Ananda Temple, a well-preserved masterpiece known as the “Westminster Abbey of Burma”, the temple is one of the finest and most venerated religious sites in Bagan. Colonize the tour with a visit to the tallest temple in Bagan- Thatbinnyu Temple, its name from the omniscience of Buddha. The temple also is famous for its magnificent architecture from the 11th century. In addition, before back to the hotel, you will visit the Sulamani temple.

In the afternoon, Visit a lacquerware workshop, one of the most famous handicrafts in Myanmar, and Sulamani temple and Damayangyi Temple- known as the grandiose but uncompleted one in Bagan. Enjoy a horse cart to visit Pyitthagyi Temple.

Day 3

Bagan - Mandalay (B)

Activities: Fly to Mandalay, visit U Bein teak bridge, woven silk workshop teak posts, Mahamuni Pagoda, Shwenandaw Palace, "Zay – Cho" market, and watch the sunset from Mandalay Hill.

Start up a day with a nice breakfast, and then fly to Mandalay. Our car driver and tour guide will pick up you and head to the Former Royal capital in the 18th century - Amarapura, a quiet village nowadays, then contemplate one of the most photogenic locations in all of Myanmar – 200 - years - old U Bein Bridge, built in 1728. Walk over the Teakwood Bridge, you will surprise by its length, and see hundreds of young monks seeking alms.

Afterward, discover a traditional hand-woven silk workshop teak post as well as experience the sights and sounds of Mandalay through lush paddy fields, rivers, picturesque villages, and surrounding sites.

The Mahamuni Pagoda is a must-see while you visit Madalaya, it is famous for the spectacular Buddha image covered with thick layers of gold leaves.

Shwenandaw Palace (the Golden Palace monastery), is a superb example of a traditional wooden building with ornate architecture. Take a walk through the “Zay - Cho” market to join in the bustling life of locals. Then depart to Mandalay Hill to contemplate the beautiful sunset.

Day 4

Mandalay - Heho - Inle Lake (B)

Activities: Fly to Heho, take a boat to Inle Lake, visit Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, watch Floating Market Villages and Gardens, and visit traditional handicrafts, Nga Phe Chaung Monastery.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for the domestic flight to Heho. Upon arrival in Heho, our driver will meet you and head to Nyaung Shwe. It is a small and touristy town near the lakeshore of Inle Lake which is home to communities of fishermen that live in stilted houses right over the lake.

Taking an excursion by boat on the lake, visitors have full sight of the famous leg rowers, typical floating gardens, local methods of fishing, village life, and saw women weaving traditional bags and outfits and especially enjoy the bustling atmosphere of floating markets. The next stop is Phaung Daw Oo Pagoda, one of the most sacred shrines in Myanmar, dating back to the 18th century.

Then we will pay a visit to Nga Phe Chaung Monastery, made of wood and floating on the lake. You will feel interested in the impressive golden Buddha images as well as the jumping cat trained by monks.

Day 5

Inle Lake – Indein - Yangon (B)

Activities: Take a boat to explore the landscapes on the lake and visit the nearby temple, fly to Yangon, check in hotel in Yangon

Start up a wonderful day by having an excursion on Inle Lake to visit the Indein temple. Here you will immerse in the charming beauty of the old, untouched temple that makes your soul become tranquil and relieved.

After the trip we will depart to the airport to have the flight to Yangon, then the tour guide will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel for check-in.
