"Our room (deluxe double) on the 6th floor was very spacious and quiet even though it faced onto a busy street. It was spotlessly clean, well kept and all room amenities were completely satisfactory. The WiFi worked well and the breakfast on the terrace was rich with choices. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or gracious and understanding. I had a head cold and the staff provided directions as to where to buy medication. The hotel, by the way, is across the street from one of Mandalay's biggest and best hospitals and as a result there were dozens of pharmacies on our street. One day I avoided the midday sun and heat due to a cold and stayed in my room. The hotel staff sent up a bowl of fruit, gratis, as a kind gesture. Hotel is centrally located for the majority of sites that visitors have an interest in visiting. Tremendous value for money and highly recommended for travellers with budget to mid-range budgets. "

"The room is nice and spacious (but the bathroom a little impractical). Staff are very friendly - overall service exceeded our expectations. Breakfast is nice, with a choice of traditional and continental options, and is served on the rooftop with a view on the city. The location is good, within easy walking distance of the palace and other attractions, as well as shopping options. Reception is open 24/24, so you can arrive on the night bus into Mandalay (though you may have to wait until breakfast is served at 6 to settle in)."

"On the 14th Nov,we arrived at around 09:30am in the morning.Receptionist staff and Bell Boy (i think ,they are with security uniform)were very attentive to welcome us.They served with tamarind juice ,that feels refreshed. The room space is enough for 2 people.The bed is comfortable.The bathroom was perfect with separately toilet and shower. The breakfast was excellent with clean and delicious food at the roof-top of the hotel. WiFi was really good ,no need to change the password until our C/O date ,good handle and well management about with WiFi system. Love the staffs and keep in my heart.We had a great three nights stay at beautiful hotel with lovely staffs and great service.I highly recommended to Hotel Manager ,Ama Ma Phyu,she was excellent,flexible and warm with the guest.Thanks a lot for taking care to my baby(Thae Lay). Finally i want to say love u all the staffs and can't forget our memories at the GC hotel.If i have a chance to come back to Mandalay,i definitely stay at your hotel."

"Room was fairly sized and spotlessly clean. staff were friendly and went out of there way to help with direction and getting a tuk tuk. Breakfast was basic, it was on the 6th floor with a lovely view. Might be useful for someone to know that the room we were in did not have a combination lock safe. All in all great value for money and perfect for our needs."

"Room was quite big for me. Nice, clean and staff are very friendly. If you need anything just ask, they are willing to help with great service mind. You can also ask them for pasting Tanaka for you. Also, hotel is locate in great location, however, breakfast is quite simple."

"Nice and clean Hotel near Mandalay main train station. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Position is perfect. Breakfast it's good, a bit more focued on Asian taste (but we are in Asia so it's normal) but you can always find fresh fruits, eggs, bread and jam. A really good value for money."

"The staff in hotel are helpful. They will arrange Taxi. Breakfast is excellent on the rooftop. The room is very clean. We're okay to stay in this hotel. Location is excellent. Around the hotel, there are money changer and ATM (Bank). Near Train Station , Royal Palace , Mandalay Hill, Zeycho Market, Chinese Market ect...."

"I have spent 3 nights in this hotel. The location is simply perfect for moving every where in the city center and to leave for the sourranding area. The staff speaks English and with me has been super kind, smiling and professional all the time. They where happy to answer to my needs and requests. They make you feel like at home. The room is clean, modern, bed confy and what is more important lining are super clean. The nice unaspected thing has been the breakfast. Varied, well presented cared and testy with sweet and salted food. Also there the staff has been very kind and helpful. Nothing to say... Simply the perfect choice Come and see. Mingalarbar. Mara."
