"Booked this hotel after considering the Hilton - currently open but unfinished in terms of refurbishment at the time of writing this review Customer Service throughout hotel is exceptional including reception staff, restaurant staff who looked after us over breakfast and occasional dinner Special mention to Nang Zin Su Mon -Who helped us with arrangements to airport and onward internal flights Breakfast is served on eighth floor in very spacious and comfortable surroundings . Serving a variety of foods for both Western and Eastern tastes- dinner is very reasonably priced along with cocktails The hotel is ideally located and in walking distance of Diamond Plaza Mall and about 20 minutes-brisk walk of Royal Palace - of course taxis are plentiful either motorbike or tuk tuk style- make sure you agree the fare before heading off Overall, a splendid and comfortable hotel . Bed rooms were always very clean , excellent room A/C The hotel is just over one year old with immaculate sitting areas/ furniture Offering excellent value for money you can’t go wrong staying here."

"More of a business hotel than a resort. Price is fair for a clean, safe, comfortable room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was enough. Well located on the way from airport but a bit far from tourist attractions. A good and affordable option in a city that is still developing its tourism infrastructure."

"I liked the location and locales also recommended this hotel too. It was close to the shopping mall, market, church. The staff were very helpful including the smiling security guard, bell boy, receptionists who helped to identify very good spa places in town late on Sunday evening, the housekeeping ladies who helped in the rooms were very good; and so are the restaurant staff. I will recommend the Link Hotel 78 to any prospective visitor. Thank you!"

"We liked the hotel, the location, walking distance to Royal palace, and helpful staff. They helped us arrange sightseeing tours, money exchange etc. Not a fancy hotel but worth the price. Modern rooms, very good buffet breakfast."

"Hotel is very new and modern, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is huge, overall a very recomendable hotel. Breakfast is very good too. One thing to consider if you are a light sleeper is the noise, the hotel is located in a very busy street, and noise filters into the rooms very much, we stayed in the 4th floor and street noise was very noticeable, specially in the bathroom, it wasn´t a big deal for us, but i thought is worth mentioning."

"A modern, newer hotel in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of south eastern and international foods. Location is close to the Mandalay palace although still better to grab a taxi in the hot humid weather and close to many restaurants."

"New, spotlessly clean hotel, nice communal areas, reasonable size rooms, with huge rain shower in bathrooms! We had a really comfortable stay here, breakfast buffet had a good selection, and the restaurant has a nice view over Mandalay. The hotel staff were all very friendly, professional and attentive. Efficient check in and check out service. Could not fault our stay here. This is very good value for money."

"Very spacious and comfortable room. Everything you need is there . Strong air - con. Quite cold if u sleep with air con blowing directly on you . Just that, didn't have bedroom slipper. But it's okay. Carpet flooring. Huge mirror. Big shower room. Good breakfast. Impress they have fresh fruit juice station."

"On our arrival we received a very warm welcoming from Hotel Manager Thazin and her team. very refreshing welcome drinks were served, we received such 5* services, very friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. We glad that we stayed in at the Links78 again this year, and we definitely will return next year."
