"We had a wonderful stay at The Bagan Lodge. First of all, it’s hands down the best hotel in Bagan. The enormous rooms which are very well appointed with gorgeous bathrooms and huge wrap around porches are an absolute bargain with breakfast included. The staff are warm, friendly and go out of their way to make sure everyone is happy and comfortable. The general manager was always available and made a huge effort to get to know our family, recommend restaurants and make sure we didn’t miss out on the best excursions and day trips. He also arranged a car, driver and amazing guides for us each day at bargain basement prices!! He also recommended we ride around for a few hours on electric scooters and we had a blast!! He even arranged to have them delivered to the hotel to make it easy and convenient. Honestly, the entire staff went out of their way to insure we enjoyed the best of Bagan with the highest level of service. Great stay, great staff and a trip back in time. Bagan is rich in culture and history and definitely worth visiting. Thank you Chit for taking such good care of us!!!"

"This year summer vacation my family went to Phuket (Thailand) and Bagan (Myanmar) The Hotel (Bagan lodge) have great beautiful landscape ,compatible with Outrigger Phuket (Thailand) and the entire staff was super helpful in every way. My family and I were able to get so many great pictrures from their two swimming pools area and my two kids (6,10) are enjoy to play at the pools during our 3days stay. The breakfast was very tasty. Please come and see for yourselves. You will not be disappointed. We will be staying here again if we ever get back to Bagan."

"My friends and I have a wonderful stay in this hotel with great service rendered by them. They allowed us to check in early and also extended our check out time due to our late depature flight . The whole property is very Zen and the rooms were really spacious and comfortable. They offer local and international spread at breakfast. The hotel is away from the bustling town area and therefore nighttime is really peaceful. For commuting we can rely on the staff to help us get taxi to move around."

"Bagan lodge makes our honeymoon happy. Almost everytime we came back our room, surprising events were waiting us. All staffs have relaxing smile and they always look carefully if we need help. We arrived hotel at 5:30AM. But staff helps that we can rest. And he let us know places where we have to go. Room condition is really nice and clean. I think room is big. There are two washstand, two closet, sofa, table and desk. When we come back our room, air conditioner always work and room is so comfortable. And I like this exotic interior. Garden is pretty, so we take can take honeymoon photo in hotel."

"This hotel is so good. Great staff, great hotel and far superior to the Aureum Palace. I would recommend this place to anyone! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Given the location it’s amazing there was not one insect in the room!"

"Bagan Lodge is well appointed and well maintained. The rooms are large and comfortable. Beds are great Staff are very sweet and eager to please. Happy hour, very good gym, two pools and decent on site restaurant. Bagan is a small magical town and there are no high rise big brand hotels so you have to choose something else And this is a good choice!"

"We spent three nights at the Bagan Lodge and enjoyed every minute! The grounds are beautiful and a great place for our energetic kids to run around and play. The villas were beautiful and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Bagan Lodge to anyone going to Bagan."

"The hotel and gardens are absolutely beautiful. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful and will try to do everything to make your stay special. We liked this hotel as it was conveniently close to all the sites, but far enough away not to hear any festival noise. The airport is also only 10 minutes away which means you get to spend more time relaxing at the hotel than suffering a long transfer... and they can be long in Myanmar! I have to say that the breakfast buffet was the largest and best that I have come across after a month in the country and their bread is delicious (breakfast and dinner). It's not cheap, but the wonderful surroundings offer relaxation and luxury."

"We stayed at Bagan Lodge for 2 nights. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. We arrived early and we were able to check in. Our room was beautiful. Large king sized bed, 2 cupboards. Large bathroom with a walk in shower. 2 sinks, power in the bathroom for a hairdryer Tons of storage, nice and dark at night. Good air conditioning plus a ceiling fan. We had laundry done, same day and really great quality The bed was really comfortable. I cannot find anything to improve n the room At the spa we had massages and facials - they were excellent. I would highly recommend the spa Dinner at the bar, good food. Also a good happy hour 2 for 1. And the breakfast buffet was extensive. Highly recommend, great service and everyone who worked at the Bagan Lodge provided excellent service."

"Beautiful large room with gorgeous pool. Very helpful staff. Restaurant was great. Also got a wonderful massage at the spa. Probably my favorite hotel in Myanmar out of 6. Was with a travel group of 13 and eveyone loved it. Grounds also had lovely little touches like tree swings :) Worth the price!"
