High Tea was so cute and very tasty. Gin promotion was super tasty and preparation were lovely. Lobby lounge all staff are very very attentive and helpful. Great experience for us."

"Hotel was very lovely and cozy. Lake View Swimming pool, Pool Garden , Lobby Lounge and everthings were amazing. High Tea at lobby lounge was very good and great for value. Their best coffee Snowy Mocha was also very very tasty and lovely. Service from Jimmy and Gary are super excellent. Gin Tonic was also very very beautiful and great for value. They also have Happy Hour at sunset time. Highly recommended for every customers."

"Welcoming staff, beautiful grounds and rooms immaculate. Comfy large beds and great bathrooms. We had a lake view club room on the ninth floor. Lovely views. Didn't use the pool but it was pretty. Breakfast absolutely fab. Complimentary high tea was nice and we were well looked after. Would highly recommend."

"We started and ended our myanmar trip here. The rooms were nice and the some good food options on site. But my favorites were the beautifully tiled pool and we ate on the deck over looking the pool and beautiful palm trees at lunch, happy hour, dinner and late night cocktails. Those were lovely times. Also, so nice to have vegan options besides veggies and rice ;) Also, didn't use it, but there is a very nice gym with huge windows overlooking the pool."

"A lot of hotel are in the world but I recommendation one of hotel. This is a chatrium because environment is good with lake. Near the downtown but quiet place. Shwedagon pagoda view also. We can feel the sunset. Room are very luxuriate and woo.. Japanese food are amazing because very fresh and delicious. Hi..Joe, Thank for ur warmly and carefulness. I promise, I will definitely back to again and again."

"We chose this hotel as a last treat to celebrate the end of a fantastic holiday in Myanmar. We were not disappointed! The staff were amazing and so helpful.We were able to check in much earlier than we thought and we were able to stay in our rooms longer the next day. They were so accommodating and made our last 24 hours so much easier. I only wish we could have stayed longer."

"We stayed at the Chatrium Yangon from the 6th till 9th of March for my niece's wedding. This is our second time staying there. We had a wonderful time. The staff were very polite and helpful. We decided to surprise my wife's family and booked 3 more rooms. We told the front desk that the bride and groom were going to stay there with us at the hotel. To our surprise, the hotel prepared a beautiful room for them. Special mention to the front desk and reception staff who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. They are Ms Thida, Mr John, Leo, Neo Than Htet Aung and William. You guys deserve a 5 star rating. Breakfast at the restaurant was great. Lots of choices. Miss Victoria was there to help arrange our large group and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be staying here again."
