"Exceedingly friendly, professional staff everywhere, they are always helpful, at the reception, the room service, the waiters at the bar and in the restaurant, the pool, etc. Both Korean and Chinese restaurants came up with great service (special thanks you to Tirazin and New Ni, they remembered my favorite dessert even days later and surprised me with two of them), but generally everyone in this hotel did their best to make my stay a special one and never hesitated to accomplish my wishes. I will come back."
