Bedroom good size with a window to one side, mini fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom a good side. Breakfast every thing you need to set you up for the day. "In the beautiful heart of the city near Hoan Kiem Lake, food stores and clothes.We slept like a baby at night because it's not so noisy, away from the hustle and bustle.The staff is friendly from the manager, receptionist down to the bellboy. Good english communication skills. The elevator is fast, the rooms and beds are clean with daily cleaning.Clean bathroom with bath tub and rain shower. Buffet breakfast is great with customized omelet of your choice and they packed us a breakfast because our flight back home is early in the morning"
