"I had an amazing time staying at this hotel, it was so good that I came back several times in between travels to visit other parts of Vietnam. It is a really superb hotel right in the centre of the Old Quarter. It might be 3 star but it ‘feels’ 4 star. I was particularly impressed by the hotel staff who were all accommodating, kind and polite at all times. The rooms are spacious - I have stayed in several rooms here during my trips to Hanoi and all have been excellent - well presented and clean with all facilities you could need. I was really so surprised to read another review saying that the hotel was dusty because it isn’t REMOTELY unclean! It is incredibly clean and the cleanest place I have stayed in Vietnam - I am very fussy about cleanliness and have found the hotel to be utterly spotless. One particular highlight of the hotel is the location and the AMAZING buffet breakfast- lovely omelettes, sweet pastries, savoury dishes and fruits etc as well as great strong Vietnamese coffee. I’ve been really impressed with my stay!"

"We stayed for 3 nights on and off We booked a family room, it was nice room, the bathroom is reasonable, and the breakfast is decent , the beds very comfy The staff was very nice and helpful We left our luggage in the storage and left laundry , everything was waiting for us when we come back."

"I had a really great experience in this hotel, upon check in I was ungraded to a suite. I have to say I really enjoyed the Shampoo that the hotel provided. Room was very clean, the AC was fantastic. Overall great stay and would stay again!"
