"I had a great stay at the Lenid this past summer. Very clean, amazingly friendly staff, cold AC, and perfect location. Not too loud or busy but close enough to the Old Quarter that you can walk or take a bus to the tourist sites. The staff at Lenid made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler! Would definitely stay there again the next time I am in Hanoi."

"This is my third stay at LeNid Hanoi Hotel Tho Nhuom, and I am so impressed by the consistently excellent customer service by all staff members with whom I interact. The facility is clean - rooms, hallways, elevators, lobby, dining room - comfortable, and bright. The breakfast staff is great. This hotel is a most excellent value, and so close and convenient in central Hanoi. Having said all that, the best aspect of LeNid Hanoi Hotel Tho Nhuom is the service, and it makes me feel most welcome."

"Very nice hotel with old world charm Very comfortable bed and bedding. Hotel staff very nice and friendly I would stay here again...but there's no reason to go back to Hanoi. The only place to see is Big Ho's tomb and that take about 5-minutes. And the guards look at you .....like you are terrorists. Do yourself a favor and skip Hanoi and head to one of their many beaches."

"Hotel is in a good location – about a 800 meters walk from the hanoi Lake The room have a separate seating area and well equipped ( Flat screen TV, King size bed ,minibar and tea/coffee making facilities are). Nice decorated room also with beautiful city views or large window. Peace full Place. Well maintaining and cooperative staff. The restaurant food is very tasty."
